Ryan L. Skinner
Ryan has over 17 years of financial planning experience, and is fully licensed as an Investment Advisor Representative with Elite Financial, Inc. After attending the University of Idaho on a football scholarship and graduating with a degree in communications and business finance, Ryan started in the financial services industry in 2001 with Northwestern Mutual Financial network. After 8 years with the company, Ryan established Elite Financial Inc. (Elite) in July of 2009, an independent financial services company. In an effort to serve clients more efficiently and effectively, Elite was registered as an Investment Advisor with the states of Idaho and Washington in April 2017.
Ryan grew up in Lewiston, Idaho, with his mother being a school teacher for 34 years and his father who worked for Nez Perce County over 20 years. Ryan attended Lewiston high school and graduated in 1994, and while there, the football team won the first state championship in Lewiston history his senior year. As a senior team captain, Ryan was honored with all-state 1st team selections at running back and linebacker, and designated as the conference player of the year. While at college, Ryan was a Vandal team captain on the 1998 Humanitarian Bowl team that won the Big West Conference Championship and 1st bowl game in school history.
Ryan is married to his high school sweetheart Michelle, and they live in Lewiston with their two daughters, Hailey and Ashlynn. They enjoy attending University of Idaho football games, mountain biking, boating, golfing, snowboarding, travelling and spending time with their family. Ryan coaches his daughters soccer teams in the spring and fall, and also supports Hailey’s dancing and Ashlynn’s gymnastics involvement.
Ryan is involved with the Lewis-Clark Chamber of commerce, Boys and Girls club alumni association, Twing County United Way, and the University of Idaho Vandal Boosters.
Terrie Hall
Terrie joined our team as an Administrative Assistant/ Office Manager in 2016. Prior to that she worked for many years as an Instructional Assistant and Florist. Terrie is dedicated to client services by building relationships and giving top-notch customer service and admin support.
Terrie was born and raised in Idaho. She currently lives in Lewiston with her husband Tony. They have been married for 27 years and have 3 daughters. In her free-time, Terrie enjoys creative art projects, gardening, cooking and most of all spending time in the great outdoors with her family.
Rod Ehrlich
Rod is a principal of the RIA Systems, LLC, a separate and unaffiliated, that has been retained by Elite Financial, Inc. to assist with back-office compliance, operations and supervision. Prior to starting RIA Systems 2011 , he was the Vice-President of Advisory Services at Pacific West Financial Consultants, Inc. from 2003 to 2012 where he served as Chief Compliance Officer and then VP of Advisory Services overseeing more than 200 Representatives and approximately $1.3 billion under management. He graduated from Kansas State University in 1991. He obtained his Accredited Investment Fiduciary Auditor (AIFA) in 2004. Prior to working at Pacific West, he was at Merrill Lynch as a retail broker from 2000 to 2003.
Jeff Hughes
Jeff Hughes is a principal and the Operations Manager with RIA Systems, LLC, a separate and unaffiliated company that has been retained by Elite Financial, Inc. to assist with back-office compliance, operations and supervision. He joined RIA Systems in 2014. He graduated from Western Washington University in 1990. He has served in the financial industry since 1990 when he joined Freeman Welwood. Recently he was with Pacific West Financial Consultants from 2006 to 2012 where he was Operations Supervisor. For two years he ran the TD Ameritrade operations for Cetera Advisors.
